Return Conditions

NOTE: Returns are not free; the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

ATTENTION! If you wish to cancel your purchase but your order has already been shipped, you may return it immediately upon receipt.

Return Policy

Can I return my order?

Yes, that is possible. If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you may return them within 14 days of receipt.

In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:

• The order must contain all parts and packaging exactly as received.
• Breakages caused by improper handling are excluded.
• Products where hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before being returned.
  

Any defect must be reported immediately upon receipt.

We reserve the right to charge the customer for shipping costs.

Returns will be processed within 7 business days after receipt. If the conditions are met, the return will be officially approved within this period.

We reserve the right to refuse returned goods if we suspect that the items have been used or damaged without our fault.

Since return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, we cannot create return labels. However, in the event of a defect or error, we will send a replacement item free of charge upon receipt of the returned product.

How can I return my order?

If your order meets the conditions above, please follow these steps:

Please include the following information in your email:

Order number

Reason for return

Photo of the product (in case of damage or defect)

Customer’s first and last name

Customer’s address

We will then contact you and provide the return address.

Please do not send returns directly to the sender.

The customer bears the cost of return shipping.

Cancellation Conditions

Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer (a natural person entering into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed), you have the following right of withdrawal:

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier) takes possession of the last goods.

As we operate with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately upon receipt. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process once initiated. A refund is only possible after receipt of the returned goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Maeve Jewellery of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email). The withdrawal is completed once we have received the goods.

Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

Shipments Already in Transit

As our goods may be shipped from Asia, longer shipping times may occur. If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation is no longer possible. Please wait until you receive the goods and then return them to us. You may notify us of your withdrawal in advance.

To ensure the fastest possible processing, please provide us with the shipping confirmation once the return has been sent.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after we receive both your withdrawal notice and the returned goods.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. No additional fees will be charged for the refund.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT AT THE BUYER’S EXPENSE TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA.
